This is a list of downloadable content (DLC) made available for WWE All Stars that can be obtained by internet download for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game consoles.

The first wave of downloadable characters for WWE All Stars included three separate packs: the Million Dollar Pack (featuring father-and-son "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and Ted DiBiase Jr), the American Dream Pack (featuring father-and-son Dusty Rhodes and Cody Rhodes), and the Honky Tonk Man as a free download. The Million Dollar Pack was an exclusive pre-order bonus at GameStop stores.

For PlayStation 3 users, the packs were released on April 16, 2011. THQ issued a statement that Xbox 360 users would see the content released on April 19, however unforeseen delays with Microsoft pushed the release back to April 27, 2011. In response to the delay, THQ announced that R-Truth would be released for free in the second wave as part of THQ thanking consumers for their patience.

Second wave

On July 5, 2011, the "greatest roster ever" got better with five new All Stars. R-Truth was released for free as part of THQ thanking consumers for their patience with the Xbox 360 delays during release of the first DLC wave.

Also released was the All-Time Greats Pack, which contained the Road Warriors (Hawk and Animal), Jerry "The King" Lawler, and Chris Jericho. The price tag for PlayStation 3 users was $3.99 and/or 320 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360 users.

Third wave

The Southern Charisma Pack was the third and final wave for WWE All Stars. The pack contains the Big Boss Man, Mark Henry, and Michael Hayes. It became available for download on August 3, 2011 for a suggested purchase cost of 240 Microsoft Points or $2.99 via PlayStation Network.
